Westlake Pop Warner is one of the largest chapters in Central Texas. We seek to teach kids the importance of discipline, effort and teamwork through competitive football. Each season our goal is the same: Introduce Westlake youth to the fundamentals of football and cheerleading while allowing them to have fun in a safe, controlled atmosphere. We want every kid to have an unforgettable youth sports experience.

Registration Notes:

-MANDATORY TEAM FORMATION: Westlake Pop Warner will form teams after the registration period has concluded. Your son is expected to play for the team which he is selected or drafted, with no exceptions.

-QUESTION CLARIFICATIONS: Many of the questions in the registration process are auto-populated by the Pop Warner national organization through our website host and are not modifiable. Parent 1 will be the primary user on the account. Parent 2 will be the spouse or other guardian/caretaker for the player. Secondary contact can best be interpreted as an emergency or tertiary contact person for the player.

-DOCUMENTS: There are several places within the process for both players and volunteers where documents appear to be requested for submission during the registration process. These documents are NOT REQUIRED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION, but will be required post-team selection in the summer. The only required consents during registration are the "2026 Youth Participant Medical History Form" and the "2026-27 Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form." These both are completed via simple review and acknowledgement during the registration process, not an actual submission or uploaded document.

-NO DUAL ENROLLMENT/PARTICIPATION: Players may only participate in ONE full contact football program per season. There are various private schools within the Westlake Pop Warner boundaries that offer competitive contact football programming (6-man, 11-man or otherwise). You may not participate in both a school offering and Pop Warner. Please be considerate of this circumstance as it could result in ineligibility of players, teams, games played and forfeiture of said games and the player's registration fees.

Early Registration runs through April 13, after which time a late registration fee of $50 will be assessed for registrations until the final registration deadline of April 24.
